Students visited White Circus Catering

Second - year students of an English program of Hospitality together with Mrs. Svobodová attended an excursion in catering company called White Circus that belongs to Ambiente, where they focus mainly on fermentation. They showed them how they prepare such things as Kimchi, Kombucha or „Tibetska houba“. Headchef Jan Kotrba described them in detail how the operation of kitchen works and preparing and planning events also.Students also had a degustation of food that prepared cooks from White Circus Catering. After the excursion, they continued for a dinner to a restaurant called Kuchyň (the Kitchen) next to the Prague Castle.
