STUDIES FOR GRADUATES FROM HIGHER VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS (VOŠ)

Graduates from VOŠ can obtain bachelor education in a short form of studies at the Institute of Hospitality Management (IHM). We offer studies in all study programmes.

Marketing Communication in the Service Industry

Course of Studies

Full-time studies - instructed in a form of lectures and seminars parallel with the study plan of three-year bachelor’s study programme. The studies begin in the winter semester of 2018/2019 academic year.
Length of studies: 2 semesters

Part-time studies – instructed in a form of lectures and consultations during sessions that take place three times per semester. The studies begin in the winter semester of 2018/2019 academic year.
Length of studies: 3 semesters

The students have an individual study plan which is adapted to the range of examinations and credits acknowledged from their previous studies at VOŠ.

Admission Conditions

Required documents:
- proof of a certified copy of the school-leaving certificate,
- proof of a certified copy of documents confirming VOŠ graduation (school-leaving certificate and diploma).

The subjects studied at VOŠ can be recognized under these conditions:
- since your graduation has not been longer than 6 years,
- you submit VOŠ confirmed list of examinations and credits from the subjects you studied at the school, eventually the VOŠ study plan of a particular major of study.

Admission Requirements
Admission procedure consists of a written language test (it helps to divide students to the language groups according to their knowledge) and an admission interview.

VOŠ graduates applying for full-time and part-time studies pay the same semester fee as students of the bachelor´s study programme. Students of the part-time studies pay only for two semesters!
