René Beauchamp: always act straight during the selling

The art of sales - this was the title of a lecture by an experienced manager, René Beauchamp, who gave his second lecture at the Institute of Hospitality Management. The speech was based primarily on his experience, which he linked mostly with the Four Seasons Hotel. So what is essential for a successful sale? We need to realize that selling is joined in dealing with people and people are different. The human factor hugely influences the success of business negotiations. A successful marketer must not be afraid of dealing with people and must always fully trust the product that sells. In today's globalized world, it is important to find enough information about our business partner before a business meeting. One of the principles that René Beauchamp recommends is the well-known 5W principle:

  • What
  • Where
  • When
  • Why
